It's true that people who habitually skip breakfast are prone to brain degeneration. In one of my school essays, I wrote an article about children not having breakfast. Through various researches, I discovered that children tend to be uninterested and inattentive during class discussions when they skip breakfast. That's why parents can make a huge difference in their child's school performance when they are involved in their child's diet.
